It is true that Nick Assef has plenty of education under his belt. In addition to earning a Post Graduate degree in Valuation from Harvard Business School, he also completed a MBA at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree from Bond University Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney.

However, Nick Assef didn’t stop with an education. He also gained plenty of wide-ranging experience over the last quarter century, as well. These days, Nick Assef is the founder of Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, a prominent investment firm where he also serves as Executive Director and Senior Analyst. Before he founded Lincoln Crowne, he was a corporate attorney with Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney. Over the years, Nick has shown himself to be a specialist in the Australian and South East Asian markets and he also has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence.
